Team

At the helm of Project Unloaded is Nina Vinik, a 20-year veteran of the gun violence prevention movement. Nina leads a team of experts in social media, youth mobilization, culture change, corporate engagement, and gun violence all working towards a simple but bold goal: Stop the myth that more guns make us safer and empower the next generation to end our nation’s gun violence crisis.
Essential to Project Unloaded’s work is its inspiring youth council, which is a driving force behind the organization’s social media presence and digital campaigns. Also key to our work is our steering committee, which is made up of experts in youth engagement, social impact marketing, and violence prevention, stands behind us with support and counsel. Learn about them below.
